Product Introduction:

The monitoring instrument complies with the national standard "HJ/T 103-2003 Technical Requirements for Total Phosphorus Water Quality Automatic Analyzer" and the operation manual "HJC-ZY97-2022 Water Quality Total Phosphorus Online Monitoring Instrument Testing Operation Manual" issued by the Environmental Monitoring Instrument Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of the Ministry of Environmental Protection. It can work continuously and automatically without human supervision for a long time according to the on-site settings, and is suitable for monitoring water quality such as pollution source discharge wastewater, municipal sewage treatment plant wastewater, and surface water.

Product Principle:

A mixture of water sample, catalyst solution, and strong oxidant solution is heated to a specified temperature. Polyphosphate and other phosphorus containing compounds in the water sample are dissolved and oxidized by the strong oxidant under acidic conditions of high temperature and high pressure to generate phosphate ions. In the presence of the catalyst, phosphate ions form a colored complex in a strong acid solution containing molybdate. The monitor detects the color change and converts it into total phosphorus value output.
